Important information on Scheduling Appointments
We operate exclusively by appointment, which can be scheduled via phone, email, or by submitting the contact form on our website.
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance as slots fill up quickly. Please note that a phone number, email, and credit card information are required for scheduling, with payments processed on the scheduled appointment day.
Gift Cards and discount vouchers will be redeemed on the day of the scheduled appointment during opening hours.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Appointments will conclude at the scheduled time regardless of late arrivals. Clients may reschedule without charge 24 hours in advance for appointments made for Monday to Thursday and 48 hours appointments in advance for appointments made for made for Friday to Sunday; cancellations on the day of the appointment incur a 50% charge, while no-shows will be charged the full service price, with adherence to this policy strictly enforced.
Additionally, clients are encouraged to disclose any relevant medical conditions to ensure a safe experience, and should the health of staff or clients be at risk, services will be suspended. Gratuities for therapists can be provided in cash or by credit card at checkout.
On the appointed day: should you exhibit any signs of sickness, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment; bottled water will be provided in the treatment room.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness: All communal areas, including the reception, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces, will undergo thorough cleaning and disinfection before the start of each day and between client appointments. Treatment rooms, including massage tables, will be sanitized before and after each client session. Our staff will adhere to effective hand hygiene practices as recommended by the CDC, ensuring frequent handwashing. We will utilize an EPA-approved disinfectant and uphold a rigorous cleaning and disinfection schedule throughout the facility. All team members have received training on the CDC's cleaning and disinfection protocols.
