Kati means lower back and Vasti/Basti means to retain.
A tank made of dough is placed on the lower back and filled with warm oil.
As the oil cools, it is replaced with warm oil to maintain the therapeutic temperature.
Oils are selected based on your body type and health condition.

Greeva Vasti – Focuses on the back of the neck and lower cervical spine.
Uro Vasti/Basti – Focuses on the chest and sternum area.

Benefits:

Alleviates lower back pain caused by pinched nerves or sciatic nerve root compression.
